  • The Lounge

    The inviting multi-purpose lounge adjacent to the lobby is adaptable for small or large social functions, business meetings, or table games and group TV viewing. A full catering kitchen makes entertaining easy and convenient.

  • Olympic-Length Swimming Pool

    Our Olympic-length heated lap pool is not the only feature of Crystal Point’s magnificent lawn and garden area, but is its center. Bordering an expansive lawn, seasonal flowers, shrubbery and trees, there are two elegant canvassed-covered shade ramadas complementing a large pool deck with webbed chaise lounges, chairs and tables. A separate whirlpool spa and outdoor shower complete the pool area amenities.

  • Fitness Center

    For a quick cardio or muscular workout anytime, residents can visit our convenient Fitness Center located on the Lobby Level, available 24/7. Equipped with treadmills, ellipticals and a stationary bicycle all facing a flat-screen TV, enthusiasts can maintain their heart health without leaving the building. For weight training devotees, there is a selection of medium-weight dumbbells and a Universal Gym with four stations, all surrounded by floor to ceiling mirrors. The adjacent separate men’s and women’s locker rooms feature bathrooms, showers, whirlpool spas, sauna or steam rooms and a private massage room. And everything is a short distance from the nearby exit door to the swimming pool and outdoor relaxation area.

  • Guest Suites

    Located on the Lobby Level, two hotel-style guest rooms equipped with queen-size beds are available to use for a nominal fee if owners wish to reserve them for friends or family. Special holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas rotate reservations annually.

  • In-House Wi-Fi

    In 2017, Crystal Point researched the most effective, cost-efficient and service-oriented companies in the nation to install and monitor our own in-house internet connections. We were quickly recognized as Arizona’s pioneer in multi-unit housing performance. With our partner and service provider, Dual Path, the technology we have installed is the most up-to-date, with strong signal delivery that ensures fast connectivity, signal consistency and sharp video performance with no signal drops and a friendly staff to get you up and running if you add a new piece of equipment.

  • Water Leak Sensors

    Each unit is equipped with water leak sensors positioned wherever a leak could possibly occur. If a leak is detected, these battery-operated wi-fi devices immediately shut off your water main and concurrently send a text and/or email alert to the security personnel on duty, the building manager and you, another visionary benefit for your peace of mind.

  • Parking Garage

    Constructed on three integrated underground levels, each homeowner has two designated parking spaces with each level having its own access to all three elevators. There are also large utility carts conveniently stationed near the service elevator for transporting groceries and other items directly from your car to your unit. And now with electric vehicles gaining in popularity, each parking space may have a charging station installed that can service one or both cars. Also available is an indoor car wash bay for residents’ use.

  • Garage Entry/Security

    Entry to the parking garage is conveniently made with an untransferable window decal that automatically triggers the door sensor to open the roll-up entry door when scanned by the reader. Once inside the garage, residents must use an assigned key card to access any garage elevator or entry door from outside the building. Security cameras and physical patrols monitor the property 24 hours daily to ensure additional safety.

  • Store Rooms

    For seasonal storage, sports equipment, luggage or other items only used occasionally, each unit has an assigned locked storage room located on a level inside the Parking Garage. Keys are the same that open the door to your unit.

  • Mail/Package Delivery

    A mail corridor in the Lobby contains a USPS bank of letter boxes with key locks. Located directly across is a wall of individual cubby holes for non-private, intra-building or Concierge notices. Amazon, Fed-Ex and UPS services make daily drop-offs/pick-ups.

  • Trash Chutes

    Located in the middle of each residence floor is a door which opens to the Trash Room where food waste and other garbage items are easily disposed. Simply bag it and drop it down the chute that empties into our compactor for pick-up by our private trash hauler. There are also recycle bins and glass collection baskets in each Trash Room which follow environmental guidelines.

  • Private Dog Run

    Proud to formally recognize the four-legged members of our families, we allocated a safe, fenced-in, large, lighted area with defined mixed grass and pebble sections so our dogs can run, frolic and play in a space designed to make it easy for you to share their daily regimen without having to leave our property.
